Forest Therapy Journeys in Pennsylvania
Hosted by Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Molly Swan
You do not have to travel far to experience the healing presence of the wild. Here in Pennsylvania, our forests, meadows, streams, and moonlit trails offer beautiful spaces to slow down and reconnect.
Guided forest therapy walks invite you into a gentle, sensory-based experience with nature. Together, we move slowly, pausing for invitations that encourage presence, reflection, and connection with the living world around you.
These experiences are not about distance or destination. They are about noticing more deeply, listening to the land, and remembering that nature is not somewhere we visit, it is something we are part of.
Intention for the Walk
-
Slow down and awaken your senses.
-
Notice the forest in different seasons and times of day
-
Explore the balance of light and shadow.
-
Listen deeply to the sounds that come alive
-
Reconnect with your own instinct, presence, and belonging in nature.
You do not need any previous forest therapy or hiking experience. Simply arrive with curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
What to Wear
Please dress comfortably for a slow outdoor evening experience:
-
Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes with good traction.
-
Long pants recommended for trail comfort and protection.

A Gentle Reminder
This experience is about connection, not distance.
We are not moving through the forest to arrive somewhere else. We are slowing down enough to notice where we already are, beneath the sky, among the trees, and within the living world.
